2025 Recipient: Dr. Sandra R. Hernández

At the 2025 Rosenman Symposium, we proudly recognized Dr. Sandra R. Hernández with the UCSF Healthcare Impact Award. A statewide leader in equity-driven reform and former Director of Public Health for San Francisco, Dr. Hernández has spent her career advocating for those too often left out of our healthcare system. From advancing Medicaid innovation to investing in community-based care, her work has redefined how California supports its most vulnerable communities.
